Summary:	New Construction of the I70 East Bound Clear Creek Welcome Center
Notes:	The scope of work specifically includes, but is not limited to, the following: Welcome Center #1 Building, Trucker Restroom Buildings, Maintenance Building and Dumpster Enclosures, Landscape, Site, and Sanitary. Subcontractors whose work will equal or exceed $150,000 must attain a Certificate of Qualification by the Certification Board before commencing any work on this project. A project goal of 7% MBE, 5% WBE and 3% IVOSB has been established by the State of Indiana.
